​Terms of service

​By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to the T.O.S, so please read them carefully.

• When you send your brief, please include reference images of your character. If possible, clear pics from different angles are super helpful! Try to use high-res images so I can see all the details.

• I can’t accept briefs without reference images, sorry!

• I’ll be drawing in my own style (you can check it out in my portfolio), so please don’t ask me to copy another artist’s style.

• I’m best at drawing cute anime girls.

• Right now, I’m not accepting NSFW, gundam/heavy mecha, armor, or realistic-style ...

My Workflow:

• Emotes: Sketch → Final Render

• Chibi, illustrations, etc: Sketch → Color Sketch → Final Render  

What you’ll get:

• Emotes: PNG files (transparent background) in 4 sizes: 320px, 112px, 56px, 28px

• Twitch Chibi Panel: Original file (1500x1500px, Full HD, PNG with transparent background) + Twitch size (320x320px)

• Chibi: Original file (1500x1500px, Full HD, PNG with transparent background). 

• Illustration: Full HD, PNG

PAYMENT 

• Full payment is needed upfront (within 48 hours after ordering).

• Listed prices are base rates, more detailed commissions may cost extra.

• Private commissions +30% of the total.

• Extra character: +100% of the base price

• The current prices are for personal use only. For commercial use, the price is 2x the base rate.

REVISIONS

• Each step allows up to 2 revisions. Once a step is approved, we will not go back to previous step. Example: Once the sketch is approved and we move on to colors, we won’t edit the sketch anymore.

• At the final step, only small fixes are allowed. Major changes that affect the overall composition or color scheme will not be accepted.

• Too many revisions might need an extra fee.

• Try to give all feedback in one message if you can,  it helps a lot!

• Feel free to draw over the sketch if it’s easier to explain what you mean.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

• Delivery times are flexible and may vary. Typically:

  • Emotes, chibis, inking ... : 1– 3 weeks

  • Full illustrations: 1– 3 months

• Need it fast? Let me know, rush orders are possible (with an extra fee).

USAGE & RIGHTS

• I might post the artwork on my social media or add it to my portfolio (with watermark).

• Claim the commissioned artwork as my own creation. I won’t claim your character, of course, just the art part.

• I may reuse or edit canceled/unpaid commissions.

You can:

• Use the artwork for personal purposes only.

• Please give me credit when posting it online.

REFUNDS

• Sorry, no refunds after the sketch is done,  so please be sure before ordering.

• If something goes wrong on my end, you’ll get a full refund.
